What You Need to Know About Alli

Alli is the only over the counter diet drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration. It is designed to block the absorption of fat that enters your body. When you buy a starter pack it comes with a very in depth instruction book of how to work the Alli program. Although Alli will help you lose weight faster than just diet and exercise, it is a very detailed plan, and it is not easy. You have to follow a strict low calorie diet while taking Alli.

If you do not follow the Alli diet, the pills can make you very sick. The fat that is being blocked is pushed through your digestive system, and you get rid of it when you go to the bathroom. If you eat to much fat, the pills will cause you to have diarrhea, and possibly uncontrollable bowel movements. It is actually recommended to carry and extra pair of clothes around with you until you know how Alli will effect you, and you have adjusted your diet appropriately. This way you can change if you have an accident in public. Alli will also cause you to have excess gas, and the gas will be accompanied by a oily discharge. What the instructional booklet does not mention is that the oily discharge can stain the clothes you are wearing when it happens.

If you are willing to risk the side effects, you can lose 50% more weight on Alli then through diet and exercise alone. So if you would be losing one pound per week, Alli will help you lose 1.5 pounds per week. The starter kit is on the expensive side at $40 - $50 depending on where you buy it, but once you have the starter kit, you can simply buy the bottles of pills to continue taking it. Although Alli has been approved by the FDA, it is possible there are unknown side effects from prolonged usage.

Every Other Day Diet Program Review

Is the Every Other Day Diet really worth the money? This online fat loss blueprint has apparently been able to help dieters lose as much as 21 pounds in the space of 3 weeks. There are a lot of bonus guides available for download as well as an online virtual exercise demonstrator included with the entire package. So is this diet program really worth its price tag?

1. Is Every Other Day Diet Another Scam Weight Loss Program?

All of the information provided on the EODD website has been proven to be correct and the steps to be accurate and actionable. There is a plan and weight maintenance that has been designed especially for athletes and bodybuilders to help them burn off the last few pounds that are the hardest to lose. Customer feedback on the diet program has generally been positive, and clients find them easy to follow.

2. What is the Fat Loss Concept Behind the Every Other Day Diet?

This diet ensures that the client eats below their daily caloric requirements, but does so in a way that the calorie intake is not the same for every day. This constant change in daily calorie consumption keeps the body metabolism running high, which is different from keeping the amount of food eaten every day constant. Dieters get to eat their favorite foods on certain days to trick the body's metabolism while eating only high protein and healthy foods on other days. Fasting is not a recommended way of losing weight, unlike what is normally suggested by other programs.

3. How Does the Every Day Other Diet Work More Effectively than Other Programs?

This program does not fall into the trap of metabolic reduction which usually happens to other low calorie diets. There is also a lot of emphasis placed on the spiritual effects of dieting and advice on the correct mindset when approaching EODD.
